Terms & Conditions

Delivery can be to any address (in the UK) as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. All items will be aimed to dispatch within 5 working days. However, delivery could take up to ten working days. We will notify you via e-mail of the orders dispatch.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7AM and 6PM; we are unable to confirm a time.

Welland Vale Garden Inspirations will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch/parcel to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. Where goods are sent by courier, it is a requirement that delivery of goods are signed for by an adult over 18 years of age.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to you. Hence you become fully responsible for the care and maintenance of the product from this point onwards, and we (Welland Vale Garden Inspirations) have no further liability.

If a customer requests that items are to be left, ‘in a shed’, ‘conservatory’, ‘behind the bins’ or other unsecure, un-documented place within the grounds of your home – this is ENTIRELY at your (the customers) risk. Welland Vale Garden Inspirations may at its discretion agree to the above however all risk is passed to you.

Live locally? – Click + Collect!

Just select ‘Collect in Store’ during the checkout procedure and you will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the goods are ready to be picked up.

Simply bring your ‘order processed’ e-mail confirmation and proof of I.D. for collection anytime during opening hours.

Delivery

Delivery only applies to Mainland England and Wales. For any other areas please contact us before purchasing.

Once you have finished adding your products to your basket, the appropriate delivery will be added during the checkout process. You will always be able to see this charge before finalizing your order. After your order has been completed we will send you a shipping confirmation email detailing the carriage method and the expected date of arrival.

***Please note that our hours of business are:

Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM

Any orders placed over the weekend will not have any arrangements made for delivery until Monday morning.

****Please note that pallets can be delivered to the curbside only.

Force Majeure

Welland Vale Garden Inspirations shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns

When returning items to us, please ensure that any and all original packaging, instructions, tags etc are included as supplied to you. Return the item to us using a recorded/insured service. Welland Vale Garden Inspirations cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us.

If you need to return a product purchased from Welland Vale Garden Inspirations then you have 5 working days to do so. Please however contact us immediately to see if we can help, and to notify us of any problems. If the problem is in reference to poor condition of the delivered products, then we may need a photo to verify. Assuming we agree with the complaint, we will either replace or refund in full.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 5 working days.

We carefully inspect and pack all orders before dispatch, but we do accept that on the occasion; things go wrong. We are very keen for this not to happen and in the unlikely event that it does, we want to ensure it is resolved as soon and as pain-free as possible.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel your order by phoning us on 01572 822729.
